We provide here a set of brain connectivity networks for healthy volunteers processed from data acquired within Human Connectome Project :

100 test-retest fMRI data were downloaded from the Human Connectome Project and preprocessed for contructing brain connectivity networks. The AAL parcellation with 89 regions was used. 

The time series and adjacency matrices are provided in txt files.
